At this time, Garden of Natural Beauty, LLC only ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Garden of Natural Beauty does not ship to other international locations, including Canada and Mexico.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Garden of Natural Beauty, LLC is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to perishability and contamination, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. However, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed for shipping.
Sale, Discount items, Closeouts, and Final Sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, your product may be returned after contacting email@example.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product. Customer has ten (10) days from arrival date to contact Garden of Natural Beauty.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your damaged item.
For any shipments returned to us due to being Unclaimed, Undeliverable, Insufficient Address and/or Refusal upon delivery, any costs associated will be the sole responsibility of the customer. All refused shipments will be charged the full value of the product and the shipping.
Free Shipping Incentive is only valid once per order. If an item has shipped for free and returned to sender, the customer will pay to have the item reshipped.
Please ship all orders prepaid and insured with the items wrapped securely in the original packaging. Items must be in original, un-used and un-opened condition. We are not liable for items that are not shipped according to these policies or items that are lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend shipping using a service that provides a tracking option. Once the returned item is received and accepted for return, a credit for the price of the returned item(s) will be issued only to the exact credit card used for the purchase; no exceptions. Allow at least 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
How To Return Your Item
Customer may return the package to the designated shipping address, and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if the customer service staff has authorized the return. You can contact us if you have any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org in regards to returning an item.
Processing Time is the expected period of time between the date an order is placed and when it is shipped from our facility. Our processing time is between one to three business days. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Shipping Delays/Risk of Loss
Garden of Natural Beauty is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen.
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
Once items have left our facility, risk of loss is passed on to the customer, and we cannot be held responsible for any items that have yet to arrive to the customer. If necessary, we will gladly prepare an investigation to assist with any issues or loss. We cannot be held responsible or liable and will not be able to refund any transactions due to lost, stolen or late arrivals.
